We take pride in offering high-quality natural hair products made with herbs, oils, sidr, and henna.
Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns
Due to the nature of our products (natural hair care items), returns are only accepted if:
• You received the wrong item.
• The product arrived damaged or defective.

To request a return, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges
We currently do not offer product exchanges. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will replace it with the correct one at no additional cost.
